Do I need prior fitness experience to join? +
Absolutely not — our programs are designed to welcome complete beginners and seasoned athletes alike. Your trainer will assess your starting point and build a plan that grows with you.
Where is your Hayward studio located? +
We are centrally located in Hayward near the downtown BART station for easy access from across the East Bay. Ample parking is also available for those driving in.
How do I book a personal training session? +
You can book directly through our website or call our front desk during business hours. First-time clients receive a complimentary 20-minute fitness assessment before their first session.
What is included in the monthly membership? +
Members get unlimited studio access, free group class reservations, and discounts on nutrition coaching and personal training packages. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts required.
Are your trainers certified and insured? +
Every trainer on our team holds nationally recognized certifications such as NASM, ACE, or NSCA. All staff are also fully insured and undergo regular continuing education.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session? +
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without a late fee. Changes made within 24 hours may be subject to a $20 cancellation charge.
